1. The Pinned Voice Formula (Eq. 6)

demand(s) = 0.50·breadth(s) + 0.25·coverage(s) + 0.15·density(s) + 0.10·depth(s)

The denominator does NOT move. If a voice is unmeasured (⊥), its weight is not redistributed to surviving voices. The measured mass \(c(s) < 1.0\) caps the achievable score below 1.0 (Theorem 2) and flags the score as partial.

2. Evidence Banding

Scores are transparent indicators of autocomplete evidence within this run:

Strong Evidence: Demand Index ≥ 0.50. Broad expansion yield, prominent rank position, or question demand.
Moderate Evidence: Demand Index ≥ 0.25. Measurable presence on partial expansion axes.
Weak Evidence: Demand Index < 0.25. Sparse expansion surface.
Insufficient / Unmeasured: Zero voices could be fetched (network error/429/timeout). Excluded from ranking; never coerced to zero!

3. Human Competition Banding

Competition is never scraped (preventing ToS violations and proxy unreliability). A human fills in top-10 observations in the table above. A band is derived only when ≥ 2 fields are recorded:

Low: Weak domains present AND thin results present.
Medium: Weak domains present OR stale incumbent pages present.
High / Very High: Established authoritative domains with comprehensive content.
Unmeasured: Fewer than 2 fields recorded. Never coerced to "easy" or zero!
